EULA - End User License Agreement

Bravo! Show Creator End User License Agreement

This software license ("License") contains rights and restrictions associated
with use of the accompanying software and documentation ("Software"), which
is distributed under the trademarked name "Bravo! Show Creator". Read the
License carefully before installing the Software. By installing the Software
you agree to the terms and conditions of this License.
1. Limited License Grant: The Software is distributed in a form that allows
evaluation of the Software prior to purchasing a Full License. When a "Full
License" is purchased, a key code will be given to the Licensee to enable the
full capabilities of the software. The form of acceptable use for each type
of License is described in sections (a) and (b) below:

a.) Evaluation License. Thought Studios, Inc. grants to you ("Licensee") a
non-exclusive, limited license to use the Software for evaluation
purposes. Licensee may not re-distribute the Software in whole or in part,
either separately or included with a product. Software may be installed
on any computer owned by Licensee.

b.) Full License (or Purchased License). Thought Studios, Inc. grants to you
("Licensee") a non-exclusive, limited license to use the Software.
Licensee agrees not to distribute the Full License key code, or to transmit
or in any way make available the key code to any other party without the
expressed written consent of Thought Studios. Licensee may not
re-distribute the Software in whole or in part, either separately or
included with a product.

i.) If Licensee is an individual (i.e. not a corporation or organization):
Software may be installed on any computer owned by Licensee. The Full
License key code may be used to enable the software on each machine
owned by Licensee.

ii.) If Licensee is a corporation or organization: Licensee is limited to
entering the Full License key code on one computer.

2. Restrictions. Software is copyrighted information of Thought Studios, and
title to all copies is retained by Thought Studios. Licensee shall not modify,
decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract, or otherwise reverse engineer Software
or Full License key codes. Software may not be leased, or sublicensed, in whole
or in part.

3. Trademarks and Logos. This License does not authorize Licensee to use any
Thought Studios name, trademark or logo. Licensee acknowledges that Thought
Studios owns the Bravo! Show Creator trademark and all Bravo! Show Creator
related trademarks, logos and icons.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty. Software is provided "AS IS," without a warranty of
any kind. ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR
NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.

5. Notices. THIS PRODUCT IS LICENSED UNDER THE MPEG-4 VISUAL PATENT PORTFOLIO
LICENSE FOR THE PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE OF A CONSUMER FOR (i) ENCODING
VIDEO IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE MPEG-4 VISUAL STANDARD (“MPEG-4 VIDEO”) AND/OR
(ii) DECODING MPEG-4 VIDEO THAT WAS ENCODED BY A CONSUMER ENGAGED IN A PERSONAL
USE AND NON-COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY AND/OR WAS OBTAINED FROM A VIDEO PROVIDER
LICENSED BY MPEG LA TO PROVIDE MPEG-4 VIDEO. NO LICENSE IS GRANTED OR SHALL BE
IMPLIED FOR OTHER USE. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDING THAT RELATING TO
PROMOTIONAL, INTERNAL AND COMMERCIAL USES AND LICENSING MAY BE OBTAINED FROM
MPEG LA, LLC. SEE HTTP://WWW.MPEGLA.COM .

6. Limitation of Liability. THOUGHT STUDIOS AND ITS LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY LICENSEE OR ANY THIRD PARTY AS A RESULT
OF USING OR INSTALLING SOFTWARE. IN NO EVENT WILL THOUGHT STUDIOS OR ITS
LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, PROFIT OR DATA, OR FOR DIRECT,
INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER
CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR
INABILITY TO USE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THOUGHT STUDIOS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Termination. Licensee may terminate this License at any time by destroying
all copies of Software. This License will terminate immediately without notice
from Thought Studios if Licensee fails to comply with any provision of this
License. Upon such termination, Licensee must destroy all copies of Software.

8. Governing Law. Any action related to this License will be governed by
Alabama state law and controlling U.S. federal law. No choice of law rules
of any jurisdiction will apply.

9. Severability. If any of the above provisions are held to be in violation
of applicable law, void, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, then such
provisions are herewith waived to the extent necessary for the License to be
otherwise enforceable in such jurisdiction. However, if in Thought Studio, Inc.''s
opinion deletion of any provisions of the License by operation of this paragraph
unreasonably compromises the rights or increase the liabilities of Thought
Studios or its licensors, Thought Studios reserves the right to terminate the
License and refund the fee paid by Licensee, if any, as Licensee''s sole and
exclusive remedy.
